Visibility.so is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides automated SEO agents, content optimisation tools, keyword research, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate.

• Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Please contact us at support@visibility.so if you believe a charge was made in error.
• Price changes: we may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Doable Team and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any results obtained from the Service (including SEO outcomes) will be accurate or reliable.
• Defects in the Service will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doable Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doable Team and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Doable Team operates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
